We adopted a dog two weeks ago. He is calm at home now, but he is reluctant to go outside and pulls back quickly. Is this normal or a problem?
The second week is still early. Walk quiet routes, praise every step and do not force a longer walk. If he freezes in fear, go home and try again later.
