Leash pulling: harness or collar?

EN

My 1-year-old dog pulls constantly on walks. A friend suggested a front-clip harness. Is that better than a collar, and how do I train loose-leash walking?

A well-fitted front-clip harness can reduce pulling, but training still matters. Reward the dog when the leash is loose and stop when it tightens.

Avoid choke or prong collars. Start in a quiet area and keep sessions short.

The harness helped a lot. We are practicing in the park every morning.
